Messinia Construction renovated our property in Lachanada earlier this year (2006). We do not speak much Greek, so found it very helpful that the "project manager", Chris, an American Greek, is fluent in English (and Greek).
We were kept fully up to date with the renovation, and consulted every time a decision had to be made, even for the simplest of things. This is essential for any renovated property to turn out the way you envisage, particularly if, as in our case, significant work has to be carried out. The Greek workers were courteous and polite, and very hard working! Messinian Construction achieved what we asked of them, the project was overseen in a professional manner, and to budget! So overall, job well done!
