We are currently working on our third major project in the centre of Kalamata, just five minutes walking distance from the seafront. 

The first project, which is now complete and sold, is a block of 6 spacious apartments, each with its own balcony and basement parking.

The second project is 5 luxurious maisonettes which is also complete, each with their own entrance, balconies and parking.  There are 2 only available units for sale.

The third project which is due to begin in the summer of 2008, is 3 luxurious maisonettes again with there own entrance and parking.  There are only 2 units still available for sale.
