The Principals:

Chris Tsorbatzoglou   (40)

A Greek/American national who grew up in New Jersey (U.S.A.) for 32 years, therefore is fluent in the English and Greek languages. He is married and has two children.  He has a degree in electronics engineering from CPI Institute in New Jersey.  
Chris has approximately 20 years experience in the construction business in total in various fields.  His work experience is:  2 years for an electronics company in Northern New Jersey, 8 years in Electrical Construction for Commercial and Industrial Buildings, 5 years in General Construction in Renovation and New Construction.  In 2002 moved to Kalamata to start up Messinian Construction. 

George Tsoukakis (36)

A Greek national who grew up in Athens.  He is a Civil Engineer, with a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from The University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia is the oldest and among the most prestigious higher technical schools in Bulgaria.  He is a member of Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE-TCG) for 8 years.  His work experience:  4 years as Project Manager in Exclusive and Luxury Villas in the Attica area.  3 years Design and Management of Luxury Homes in the Athens area as well as the Cyclades Islands. 1 year Design and Construction of Steel Industrial Buildings used for Warehouses and Logistics Buildings as well as steel frame stone houses for private use.  In 2009  became a partner in Messinian Construction as a Design and Engineering associate.
