Company Profile: Messinian Construction is a full service construction company that is based in Kalamata, Messinia in Southern Greece.
Messinian Construction has grown to become one of the areas well known and respected construction and development companies in the area.

We do work in all the surrounding areas of Southern Greece as well as the capital of Athens. Our portfolio includes construction of new residential and commercial properties as well as renovations.

We purchase land for development to be built and later sold. The land is usually turned into apartment buildings and for a more private family oriented residence, we also build mezonettes.
We also do renovation work on residences and on commercial buildings. Our commercial projects include doing exterior facades as well as complete interior work for showrooms, stores, buildings, café’s, steel buildings for commercial use, as well as steel frame homes for private use. 

We specialize in restoring old stone ruins that have been around for many years and been left around to stand the test of time, our company restores these old homes to today’s standards so they can house the next generations to come. We work together with architects, civil engineers, and interior designers or can provide our own that have been used by us with a large portfolio and references.

All our work is done by full time employees and our own in house civil engineer, using the latest in materials, techniques, tools and equipment. We take on projects of any size, large and small. We provide all our customers that cannot be here while work is being done on there property with weekly updates and pictures, so they can see the progress being done
